Step 1. Visit the Google Keyword Suggestion Tool

Step 2. Once you have found a good keyword to start with, go to Google and search the keyword in
''yourkeyword''
This will show you the number of times, this exact keyword appears on the Internet.
For this example, when I searched for ''maplesecrets'' it appears this result below the search bar.
About 7,580 results (0.11 seconds)
If the search result is lesser than 30,000 results and the CPC shown on google adwords keyword tool is more than $2, it should be good to start with. On my experience of building websites for years, if the SERP in Google is less than 10,000 results after you searched your search term in Google Search Engine, this means this keyword is very easy to rank your website on the Google search engine, you can easily build a website with unique content and get ranked in the top 10 rankings within 6 months.
Advertisers gives Google money for each visitor who clicks on your adsense ad on your website, you will get 60%~68% of the money and the rest of the money will goes to Google, this is applied for adsense for content. While, as for adsense for search you will get 50% of the money for each adsense ad clicked by the visitor on your website.
This is the main reason that I advised you to choose a keyword that is more than $2
Step 3. Continue to find your niches until you have 10,20,30,100 niches.
Step 4. I recommend you to buy 10 domains, get 10 niches and start building your websites, create at least 5 articles for each domain.
Note: Too little content in your website may be considered as a spamming website. If you put adsense on a website that has too little content you might get banned. 2~4 pages website considered as having too little content.
As I read the recent Google Guidelines.pdf leaks: it mentions that if you have too little content your website will be considered as 'SPAM' website and rated as 'unrate-able' website, this will greatly affect your SERP(Search Engine Result Page). You will therefore you will get low quality rating and ranked at very far away from the top 10 search results or even not being indexed in Google.
Step 5. Learn SEO(Search Engine Optimization), you need to learn SEO in order to get your page ranked high in Google Search Result.
Step 6: After you have a very strong basics of SEO, then you will start building your 10 niche websites.
